Hardgrass Beef is owned and operated by the Pollard Family. Getty and Shari Pollard and their children Apollo and Aliana own the cattle and land. The ranch provides a wonderful place in which to raise a family full of hands on experience and challenges that are met each and everyday. Balancing work, family and animal husbandry is a 24/7/365 lifestyle. Everyday we play a role in managing our cattle and caring for our land. Truly a labor of love!
